Great location near subway and local restaurants and markets. Tasty breakfast buffet and comfy, clean room. the staff was friendly, although English-speaking personnel was limited.
Some communication issues with staff due to language barriers. Bathroom had some cleaning issues and shower malfunctioned.

The hotel had a good breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi which I really appreciated. The location was also great and very central, with lots of cafes and shops around.
The room was dirty and not well-maintained. The carpets were stained, and the bathroom had a musty smell.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and spoke English. Our room was spacious with big windows and a great city view. The breakfast was amazing and offered a variety of delicious Turkish dishes.

The location is perfect, just 2 minutes from Kizilay metro. The breakfast was nice. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The service is top notch. English-speaking staff make communication easier. The rooms are spacious with big windows and city views. The hotel is centrally located near restaurants, shops, and markets.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the metro station and bus stop. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the area and visit all the popular attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly and cooperative, and their ability to speak English made communication a breeze.
The bellboy in the morning and noon shift was particularly helpful and spoke English quite well, unlike the receptionists.
